1 Family memberships are for a maximum of 4 members; additional family members are $75 each.

Terms and Conditions
- GSE FTA members must complete an application which includes a civil and criminal background check. There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee which may be applied towards your membership fee if you are approved to be a member. If, as a result of your civil and criminal background investigation, you are not approved to be a member, your fee is non-refundable. All approved members enroll in an annual GSE FTA membership contract.
- All membership fees must be paid in full when the member enrolls; membership is valid for the next 365 days.
- Members must be at least 12 years of age. Members 12-17 years of age, must be accompanied by a legal guardian during all training and live fire and the legal guardian shall sign the membership contract on behalf of the minor.
- Members shall certify: a) they have never been convicted of a felony, b) they do not have a protective order issued against them, c) they are legally authorized to carry a weapon, d) they are legally competent and e) they are a legal US citizen or legal alien with permanent US residence upon signing the membership contract.
- Members must complete a mandatory four (4) hour Range Safety Course which includes: Safety, Basic Marksmanship, Range Procedures and Virginia Firearms Laws. This is a one-time requirement. This course is held every other week.
- Membership prices include the mandatory four (4) hour Range Safety Course and up to 12 additional hours of training per year. If a member renews his or her membership for a consecutive year without a break in membership, the four (4) hour Range Safety Course is waived and the member may take up to 16 hours of alternative training in consecutive years. Additional training may include, but not be limited to: Home Safety, Basic Handgun, Shotgun, Concealed Carry Weapons, Advanced Handgun, Basic Rifle, Assistant Range Instructor and Range Instructor courses. - To be eligible for independent range time, members must complete four (4) hours of training with an instructor each quarter.
- GSE Firearms Range Officers/Instructors are present on the range at all times to ensure safety and provide assistance to members.
- Memberships are private and non-transferable.
